As many wards and branches throughout the UK rang in the New Year on 1 January 2012, it was a special day for other reasons in the Slough Ward of the Staines Stake. This ward celebrated its 50th year as a Church unit. Under the direction of Staines Stake President Ron Judd, former Bishops (as pictured) shared fond memories and spiritual experiences of their time while presiding over the ward.
President Judd concluded the meeting by expressing his appreciation for those Bishops who have served over the many years in the ward as well the members, both past and present, who have contributed to the success of this great ward. As one former Bishop stated, we are all "proud to be Slough
