Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Winchester, Hampshire, area recently held a musical concert to benefit The Winchester Churches Nightshelter. The charity opened in 1988 and supports approximately 200 homeless individuals each year. It remains to be the only nightshelter in Hampshire offering emergency accommodation to those in need. The shelter is committed to helping their guests until appropriate, permanent housing is found and is open 365 days a year offering an essential lifeline and first port of call for those in crisis.
