A holiday season musical concert, Witnesses of Christmas, will be broadcast online on 19 December 2021. Originating from the Rome Temple Visitors Center and Copenhagen’s historic Church of Our Lady, this interfaith event will air at 18:00 CET.

This musical celebration will feature familiar Christmas carols like Joy to the World, The First Noel and Away in a Manger, performed by acclaimed violinist Jenny Oaks Baker along with Family Four and Soprano vocalist Alexandra Sharpe (formerly of Celtic Woman). Narration will be provided by Danish actor Tomas Ambt Kofod.
Jenny Oaks Baker is a Grammy-nominated, Billboard No. 1 performer and recording artist with eighteen studio albums. She graduated from the Julliard School and has played at major venues across the globe.
Alexandra Sharpe is an Irish soprano singer/actress and has performed extensively in London’s West End and on the Irish stage. Internationally, she is best known as a founding member of Celtic Woman.
Tomas Ambt Kofod is a Danish actor and vocalist who has movie roles and stage performances to his credit, including leading roles in Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables.
This hour-long concert program will include memorable musical performances blended with a biblical account of our Savior Jesus Christ’s humble birth in Bethlehem. Reflecting the diverse Christmas traditions of Europe, video excerpts from holiday celebrations in Germany, Austria, France, and Spain will accent this unique Christmas event. It is sure to be both inspirational and memorable for individuals and families.
